Annually and since 2007, the "10 most influential Hispanic Canadians" recognizes outstanding Hispanics across the nation and motivates our community. Currently with 110 winners from seven provinces representing 16 countries of origin, this is the only national program within our community officially and personally recognized by a Prime Minister of Canada, the Rt. Hon. Stephen Harper. The program, which includes a nominations’ launch and the awards ceremony, has had a presence in Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa, Saskatoon, Calgary and Toronto; other cities will follow. Partners since 2015 include the Canadian Hispanic Congress.
